He will be sentenced on 11/18/11 for the charges he ran so hard to avoid.

A big thank you to our law enforcement and hopefully the court system will now do their part…once and for all!!!

How about when a judge sets bail on a defendant that has been on the run for months, finally gets caught and has a no bail, fugitive from justice hold out of another state?

I wonder who’s side they’re on? How does that happen? Is one judge allowed to over rule another judge in a different state and release the fugitive? HHhhhmmm…

Maybe that judge should be held in contempt!!!

That’s exactly what happened to Howard Lozier in Flemington, N.J. on 5/10/11. He heard the worst words he could have dreamed of when the Flemington Police approached him and said “We just got off the phone with your bail bondsman and you have a few warrants”. Mr. Lozier is also wanted by New Jersey State Parole for a violation. He was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail. Then he’ll go to the Warren County Jail while he waits for a ride back to the NJDOC.

Mr. Reininger is facing failure to identify and intent to give false information to the deputies. After answering in court to those charges, he will be extradited back to Hunterdon County, N.J. where he will be sentenced for his original weapons possession charges before he faces his bail jumping and fugitive charges.
